Via Austria (border crossing Karawankentunnel)
Follow the signs for Ljubljana on the highway and exit at Bled.
  
Via Ljubljana (Italian border crossings Fernetti or Sicciole)
Follow the signs for Ljubljana and then the signs for Jesenice and Bled, exiting at Bled exit.

Via Ljubljana - Brnik Airport
(Remember that you can also book your transportation to Kranj or Bled in advance or at the airport).
Follow the signs for Jesenice and then on the highway exit at sign Bled. Follow signs for Bled.
